Case Details
The patient is a 40 year old who presented with bilateral breast atrophy and desired bilateral breast augmentation. She is very muscular and thin build. Dr. Sinno performed the surgery using submuscular silicone gel implants through inframammary incisions. Note that the scars are still "fresh" and have not faded yet. Mentor 275cc high profile were used. She went from wearing 32AA bras to 34C.
